Tour of Thailand, nella terza tappa sorride Sarawut Sirironnachai

La terza frazione del Tour of Thailand, la Prachuap Khiri Khan-Chumphon di 200.9 km, ha visto sei elementi anticipare il gruppo e giocarsi la vittoria in volata: a prevalere è stato il corridore locale Sarawut Sirironnachai, alla terza affermazione in carriera in manifestazioni UCI.

Il ventottenne del Thailand Continental Cycling Team ha preceduto il francese Valentin Midey (Roojai.com Cycling Team), il tedesco Nikodemus Holler (Bike Aid), il thailandese Peerapol Chawchiangkwang (Thailand Continental Cycling Team), il neerlandese Adne van Engelen (Bike Aid) e il laotiano Ariya Phounsavath (All Star Thailand). Il plotone, giunto a 2'26", è stato regolato dal thailandese Thanawut Sanikwathi (Thailand Continental Cycling Team).

La classifica generale vede ora Nikodemus Holler indossare la maglia rosa di leader: per lui il margine è di 41" su Sarawut Sirironnachai, di 52" su Valentin Midey, di 55" su Peerapol Chawchiangkwang e di 1' su Adne van Engelen. Domani tocca alla Chumphon-Ranong di 137.4 km.
